Ember & Salt opened in 2021 with a single wood-fired hearth and a menu of six things. We haven't grown the menu much — we've just gotten better at the six things.
Every dish that leaves the kitchen touches live fire at some point. No shortcuts, no reheats. If the hearth's not right, the dish waits.
